The Utah Core Standard that this lesson incorporates is the College and Career Awareness Core (Strand 4, Standard 2). The goal of this lesson is to teach various self-care skills, have students demonstrate their practice of self-care through taking pictures and creating an Adobe Express poster of at least two images (two activites). This lesson takes approximately 45 minutes and is best taught face-to-face. Students will submit their digital posters via Canvas. Teachers will assess student knowledge through a visual representation of the self-care activities used and creative display of those images by using Adobe Express.
