The Utah Core Standard that this lesson incorporates is the College and Career Awareness Core (Strand 4, Standard 2). The goal of this lesson is to teach various self-care skills, have students demonstrate their practice of self-care through taking pictures and creating an Adobe Express poster of at least two images (two activites). This lesson takes approximately 45 minutes and is best taught face-to-face. Students will submit their digital posters via Canvas. Students will explore a Hyperdoc to understand the Six Basic Nutrients.  Each Nutrient has an article for students to explore, and an EdPuzzle.  Teachers need to be aware they will need to update the EdPuzzle links (these are currently shared links).  From their EdPuzzle account, teachers should get the assigned links to assign the EdPuzzles to their students, and update these in the hyperdoc.
