This is a term project that gives the students the opportunity to be creative in discussing current events relating to climate change in science that appeal to the student’s interest in storytelling. Students have an opportunity to envision themselves in a career in the future along with how climate change will affect that career.

This is a guide and workspace for participants to brainstorm stories and consider how, where, and with whom to share those stories.

For this project, Students will be asked to instruct, inform, or teach others about a topic by making an instructional video.

Students will conduct a research project on one of the habitats: savnnah, dessert, ocean or mountain. Students will present the information they found in a 3D diorama that will be presented in class and on display at the school library.

Understanding Biodiversity presents an overview of biodiversity, its importance and relevance to humans, all living things, and the Earth. It includes species pages and a template to engage and involve students in real-life data collection.

This activity is to help students be creative with some of the content they learn in Financial Literacy.
