The teacher will demonstrate how to describe how to describe characters in a story (e.g., their traits, motivations, or feelings) and explain how their actions contribute to the sequence of events. Then fill out a data worksheet collection this information. The teacher will give the student time to work with a partner to describe the main character in a book they have just read and fill out the same information data sheet. Then the teacher will demonstrate how to use that information to complete a Presentation in Mac Keynote Slide and then will allow students time to make their own presentations, which will need to contain components in the assignment rubric.
