Join us for an overview of your World Book Online resources for elementary school. We will focus on Early Learning and Kids, and we will also take a look at some additional features within the other resources. With read-aloud functions, translation into over 100 languages, different reading levels, and educational games there are tools to help every student access content at their given level!
This lesson is meant to introduce students to the concept of unit rate. It uses a Canva presentation to introduce the concept. For practice, student will calculate the population density of various countries and compare it to the population density of Utah. There is a worksheet to complete during independent practice, an exit ticket, and an extension activity for fast finishers.
