Students will create a personal narraitve by generating ideas for writing from their personal experiences, write details of their experience in an organized manner, and revise their draft to add details.

This is a lesson plan to teach students to digitize a story they have previously written using sequential words and describing thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Using the technologies of Google Slides and Soundzabound through Utah's Online Library, students have the opportunity to intertwine these resources together to create a digital storyboard. The story is based on their own lives and takes them through the past, present, and future; where they came from, where and what are they doing currently, and who they want to be when they're older. Each phase will be completed through Google Slides and presented to the intructor.

I thought it would be great fun to have my Second Graders write a narrative piece on their "Summer Fun". The students will be working in whole group, small group, and one-on-one with me to complete their stories. After their stories are completed, they will present their stories to the class 'living in the moment' of their memories while they present us with all of their fun times!
