In this activity, students explore the relationship among angles formed by a transversal and a system of two lines. In particular, they consider what happens when the two lines are parallel versus when they are not.

Lesson introduces normal distribution and how it relates to standard deviation. It includes opportunities for students to notice key features of normal distribution graphs, reviews the concept of standard distribution and the empirical rule, and provides an interactive activity where they can practice adjusting normal distribution curves based on a different standard deviation or mean.

In this activity, students sort 10 types of fruit by tastiness and ease of eating in order to learn how those attributes can be represented on a coordinate plane, and to determine which fruit truly is "best."

In this lesson, students will learn to find and use z-scores to compare data. Through videos and interactive questions with immediate feedback they can practice the basics of z-score usage.
