    Playing with Sounds & Words

    Playing with Sounds & Words

    Overview

Children will learn phonological awareness as they play with words and sounds.

    Summary

Choose an activity for the Reading Rockets link below and enjoy playing with sounds with your child(ren).

As children are ready, practice the skills learned across settings. Playing with and manipulating sounds is a great foundational reading skill.
