In this lesson plan, educators will learn to teach their students basic bowling skills using video equipment. 

This lesson is intended to be used as part of a unit on Disc Golf taught in an online Physical Education Course (Participation and Skills for Secondary Students).  It is meant to demonstrate the students’ participation and assess their competency of motor skills and movement patterns, as well as to refine specific movement patterns.
