This lesson is to build the student’s knowledge using the circular definition of the Unit Circle.  Students will learn and practice the sine and cosine functions to find there exact values. Face-to-Face or adaptable for synchronous. Prior to this lesson, students should have the know the 2 special right triangles 30-60-90 and 45-45-90 and its corresponding side lengths in general form.  Students should also know the degrees and radian measures of the Unit Circle. For diverse learners, you may want to have a template of the 2 special right triangles and use them to show the development of the exact values as you are teaching the lesson.

This lesson is for a math classroom, but can be adapted to fit any grade, subject, or content.  In this lesson, students will use an iPad and its features: Keynote, Pages, Garageband, Numbers, Presentation, and iMovie.  Students will use 3 of those features/programs to create a video lesson consisting of several examples from a topic of their choice.  This project is in place of a term final, so their chosen topic should be from their current term.Image citation: The image is one I created.
