First Grade Language Arts, Reading: Literature Standard 3--Describe characters, settings, and major events in a story, using key details.  Students will be able retell the setting, characters, and major events in a story and will demonstrate this knowledge through creating a Keynote presentation.

This lesson is to help students review solving two-step equations with integers. Students will create a review sheet or presentation to help them remember the different ways to solve the four types of two-step equations. This should take about 1-2 class periods, as it is a review. Students can complete this assignment synchronous together in a classroom, asynchronous on their own time as long as they have the Mac Applications needed. This is made for my 7th-grade math class using the standard:Standard 7.EE.4: Use variables to represent quantities in a real-world or mathematical problem, and construct simple equations and inequalities to solve problems by reasoning about the quantities.a. Solve word problems leading to equations of the form px+q=rand p(x+q)=r, where p, q, and rare specific rational numbers. Solve equations of these forms fluently. Compare an algebraic solution to an arithmetic solution, identifying the sequence of the operations used in each approach.The only author is me, Krystin Carter-Sanchez.
