About me
Emma Moss is a Social Studies & CTE educator in Canyons School District and loves to bring technology into her classroom to use tech as a force for good. Emma is passionate about bridging the digital divide for all students by teaching skills that will help them succeed!
Emma has many EdTech certifications including Advanced Nearpod, Google, Microsoft, iC3, and Canvas. She has presented at UCET, Utah ACTE, and UCSS on topics ranging from collaborative discussions to incorporating virtual reality in the classroom. As a third year teacher she was the 2020 Canyons School District Teacher of the Year, Utah's ACTE New Teacher of the Year, and the 2021 Utah State Teacher of the Year Runner-Up.
The 2020-2021 school year will be her fourth year teaching and includes teaching in both face-to-face and online learning environments.
