    OER Feedback

    OER Feedback

    Overview

This resource is an image developed by ISKME showing various types of feedback that can be helpful for teachers when designing and revising OER they have created.

    OER Feedback

Feedback is a vital component of the design cycle for continuous improvement. Feedback is about leveraging the expertise of a whole community of educators in order to create the best resources. Feedback is what pushes you toward the next, improved iteration of your work. The feedback form attached below is from the Institute for the Study of Knowledge Management in Education (ISKME). It can help educators give each other both positive and constructive feedback about their resources. As you use OER in your teaching and learning, consider offering this kind of feedback in the form of comments on eMedia resources or in eMedia evaluations. Educators who adopt OEP also seek this kind of feedback on their own resources by sharing them in eMedia groups and starting eMedia discussions. While feedback can be intimidating at first, as we build a community of collaboration in eMedia, the quality of the resources we share will improve and ultimately provide students with equal access to high-quality educational resources.
